Solutions that Improve Performance and Help People Work More Effectively
We listen, clarify the problem you are trying to solve, and propose targeted solutions to support changes that address your needs. We can help you deliver the right information or instruction to the right people, at the right time, in the right form.
We research and analyze user needs and business goals, and design appropriate solutions that address both.
Change Facilitation and Evaluation
Change is a process, not an event. It takes times, and a strategy that considers individual and environmental factors.
We help you think about the bigger picture, beyond a specific intervention, and can put together a plan that helps you manage and facilitate the change, to get results that support your goals.
We evaluate programs, products, and instruction. We work with teams to provide evaluative feedback as part of the design and development process, and also evaluate completed projects, to assess outcomes and inform future decisions.
Instructional Design, Documentation, and Other Performance Support
We design and develop instruction, documentation, help systems, web-based information, and customized training. We are experts in topic-based authoring.
Our portfolio includes award-winning help systems and manuals.
Coaching, Training, and Workshops
We can help your team develop the skills you need in-house.
We also work one-on-one with individuals to improve their skills.
Systems Thinking and a Sustainability Lens
Whatever level you are working at - individual, team, department, organization, community, or beyond - your work impacts, and is impacted by people, processes, and resources at other levels. We bring to our work a systemic lens and "sustainability thinking" that acknowledges, respects, and promotes the needs of a triple bottom line--people, planet, and profit.
